Sharon

Sharon began practicing yoga in 2006 to relieve the stress of long hours in corporate IT management. She found it to be a great distraction, as it was both challenging and required her full presence in each class. She didn’t expect to fall in love with it until she experienced the physical and mental benefits it provided. Sharon believes yoga is a lifelong journey that not only improves physical health but also brings peace to the mind. She enjoys sharing her passion and being part of the Studio 9-to-5 community.
