Chris

Chris’s love of exercise led her to start teaching fitness and spinning classes in Chicago. After retiring from Wall Street in 2001, she decided to take her life in a new direction by starting a Pilates business. Upon discovering CorePower Yoga, Chris added Yoga Sculpt and Vinyasa to her repertoire. Her extensive knowledge of the body and fitness makes her an incredible asset to the Studio 9-to-5 team.
