I believe yoga can benefit everybody, whether as a meditative practice, a gentle restorative class, or a power class with lots of core and strength building. I love it all - the movement, the breathwork, the mindfulness, the calmness, the clarity, and the strength that comes from a continued yoga practice.

In 2013, I attended my first yoga retreat and knew then that I needed to learn more. I earned my 200-hour RYT in 2014 and have not stopped teaching and learning. In my classes, I focus on breathwork and loosening the body (joints, muscles, and fascia) before moving into the asana (poses).

I enjoy sharing these amazing benefits with anyone and everyone who is willing to show up for themselves and those around them. Stepping onto your mat allows your body to soften, your mind to clear, and your heart to open. I believe that every student will take exactly what they need from each and every class.

I am excited to be sharing this practice with you. Together, we can cultivate a gentler side to life, allowing time to breathe and go inward with awareness and gratitude. Hope to see you on your mat.
