Jenna
Jenna started her yoga journey in 2009, as a form of physical and mental therapy for stress relief. It started as a practice and developed into a lifestyle. She completed her Power Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga in 2013 and hasn’t looked back. She loves the healing powers of yoga, both mentally and physically and is excited for her students to find the same love and joy in their own practice. She’s excited to continue on her yoga journey and is open to the opportunities that lie ahead. She hopes to inspire others on and off their mat to follow their passion wholeheartedly. In her free time, you’ll find her reading a book, running around one of the many lakes in Minnesota, and exploring parks around the Twin Cities with her dog.
