Nikki is the Founder and CEO of Studio 9-to-5, a network of over 100 workplace wellness professionals across the USA and Europe. With a 20-year career in the wellness and fitness industry, she brings a deep passion for creating environments that foster healthy living, connection, and flourishing businesses.

Before founding Studio 9-to-5 ten years ago, Nikki helped build the world’s largest yoga brand, generating $4.5 million annually. Her academic and professional credentials include a B.S. in Kinesiology, a B.A. in Music, and certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, E-RYT Yoga Instructor, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Life & Leadership Coach, and Mindfulness Educator, with training in trauma, resilience, and meditation. She is also a Certified Workplace Wellness Expert.

Nikki’s mission is to help leaders achieve sustainable life balance and abundant health while pursuing purpose in both personal and professional realms. She excels in guiding organizations to create comprehensive wellness programs that uplift workplace culture. Her signature Studio 9-to-5 Mindfulness Training program has been presented at several high-profile organizations, including the U.S. Air Force, General Mills, Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and Children’s Hospital.

A recognized speaker, Nikki has been invited back repeatedly by companies, conferences, and TV outlets over the years. In 2023, she was honored with a nomination for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. The Studio 9-to-5 team is proud to have her as an inspiring leader and mentor.
