Meet Hollie, a wellness expert and dedicated advocate for holistic health and fitness. As a certified personal trainer, precision nutrition coach, yoga instructor, and mobility expert with over 9 years of experience, Hollie is the ultimate one-stop-shop for all your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle needs. With an AAS degree in exercise science, Hollie is passionate about education and is always learning and expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients. Hollie will graduate in December of 2023 with her BA in Individualized Studies with a Focus on Movement, Mindset Health, and Wellness with a minor in Mental Health Psychology.

As a survivor, Hollie is a true believer in the power of functional movement training and the benefits of incorporating these skills into daily life. She is a proponent of focusing on the little things to improve overall movement, wellness, and quality of life. Her specialties include core strength vinyasa yoga and USA weightlifting sports coaching.

Hollie is dedicated to helping her clients step outside their comfort zones and challenge themselves to make positive changes in their lives. With certifications such as ACE Certified Personal Trainer, E-RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach, Hollie is the perfect guide to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
